Your source images
You retain responsibility for the images you select. Do not use copyrighted artwork, trademarks, private photographs, or another person's likeness in ways you are not authorized to use. Access to the tool does not grant rights in an uploaded source.
Generated patterns
The converter provides an automated draft based on selected settings. It can contain color, counting, sizing, symbol, layout, or export errors. Verify stitch counts, fabric dimensions, thread choices, rights, and print quality before beginning or distributing a project.
Paid export access
Pattern creation and preview are available without charge. Downloading the PNG and PDF files requires the one-time payment shown in the interface. The price, currency, access period, included formats, and image-specific scope displayed before checkout form part of the purchase. Each purchase applies only to the source image selected in the browser that starts checkout. It permits repeated exports of that same image, including exports with changed pattern settings, while the temporary access cookie remains valid. Uploading a different source image requires a separate purchase.
Waffo Pancake processes checkout and may act as merchant of record for the transaction. Tax, supported payment methods, receipts, currency conversion, and payment-provider terms may apply at checkout. A successful browser redirect alone does not grant access; the server must verify the completed Waffo order. Keep exported files after download because access is temporary and is not an account-based file storage service.
Refunds and failed delivery
If you are charged but the server cannot verify or deliver export access, contact support with the Waffo receipt or checkout identifier. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable law, and the payment provider's process. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Commercial use
Your right to sell a finished object or pattern depends on rights to the source image and applicable law. The tool makes no ownership determination. Do not represent generated material as officially licensed or endorsed by a depicted brand, artist, photographer, or person.
Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the service. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, infringe another person's rights, misuse paid export access, attempt fraud or security abuse, or if suspension is required by law. Depending on the breach, we may also block related requests, preserve evidence, report suspected illegal activity, or pursue other remedies available by law.
Termination ends your permission to use the service but does not remove payment obligations, accrued rights, or provisions that are intended to continue, including source-image responsibility, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and limits of liability. If paid access is ended for reasons other than your breach and the purchased service cannot be delivered, contact support; the refund terms above and any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Because StitchFromPhoto has no user accounts, you may stop using the service at any time without an account-cancellation step.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or be removed. Keep copies of exported patterns and source settings needed for ongoing work. The site is provided without a guarantee that every browser, image, printer, or PDF reader will produce identical output.
Changes
These terms may be updated as accounts, collaboration, storage, payment products, or other services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
